Last Day

This is the umpteenth time I'm saying sorry for leaving my blog to be filled with spider's web. Sigh. I have been working and going back and forth to different places and at the end of the day I will be super tired to even switch on the laptop.

I finally have the time to update and surprise, surprise.... I'm going to end my job this FRIDAY!

*it's Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday!*

I am happy as hell I can be and I cannot wait to leave the job. After almost 3 months looking at papers and FCRs, BLs, invoices, packing list (yes those are the terms I learnt working there) and what not it's finally time to go!

Trust me although I am very much happy to be leaving the company I will be missing the fun and great people working there :')

Shasha, Mia, Mira, Kak Ju, Cassie, Jeremy and others, sigh, I will miss them so much and I hope that I can meet up with them even after I have stopped working. They are the best people to work with and I love them dearly :')

I'm getting emo now but who doesn't, right?

It's time for dinner and let us grace the food with prayers and thank Allah for the rezeki :)

8th Festival Filem & Video Pelajar Malaysia 2011

Before I head on with the post I would like to apologize for the lack of posts. I've been busy with the upcoming event *winkwink* and other stuff that kept on minggling around like I have no other work.

It's almost a week since I got back form Sintok, Kedah for Festival Filem & Video Pelajar Malaysia. To set the record straight, my group didn't win  but other nominees from my university did win the Best Documentary :D

My group and I consisting of 11 people (only 9 went though) traveled with 2 other groups nominated for the festival from Melaka to Kedah.

Other nominees are 'Waving Flag' and 'Melatah: The Documentary'.

We departed from our campus at 2 30pm and reached Sintok at arnd 12am. Oh mai GOD! It was an uber long journey! Everyone complained the bus was going too slow but when I think back it's good to be safe than to rush. So I just decided to endure the journey.

Thank God we had a couple of stops to empty our tank and fill in our stomach :D

I'm slightly held up with work now so let the pictures do the talking :p

This is Safuan (aka Safwang) our entertainer. His group didn't make it to the finals as something happened but we were glad he came along. He can make you crack a million times without stopping :D

We were at Padang Besar on the second day of our trip. Padang Besar is at the border of Kedah and Thailand. We didn't bring our passport thought :(

Here we ate at the nearby stalls. The Somtam (papaya salad) is super awesome. OMG craving for it now :S

Laksa Kuala Perlis. It tastes typical, and sorry to tell you it doesn't boast anything special. A good try though.

Anyways, I had Nasi Goreng Kampung! :D They didn't have enough ikan bilis though but it was nice and spicy just the way I like it to be :D

At night we head out to Jeti Kuala Perlis. The university did not provide us with any place to eat but thankfully they did provide us with the food.

All of us didn't want to go back to our rooms hence the trip to Kuala Perlis.

The third day the university did not provide us with any breakfast! I am still pissed at that since they were the host, they should be responsible for all things there. 

Our accompanying lecturers decided to bring us out to the 'town'. They had a mall with karaoke and bowling. After our lunch we had an awesome time singing our hearts out before the nerve comes in for the night.

I am here to rant, yes, you read that right. If you are not in the mood to read some moody stuff please go somewhere else.

I have not had any rants for quite some time and sometimes it is not good to let it eat up yourself. Therefore I think it is time for me to let it out.

For those of you who had known me for quite some time, I have a loud voice. Seriously.

I do try to control them but most of the time others would tell me to just shut up. I do not exactly show my feelings to others but only to those who are close to me.

I silence myself as I do not want to pick a fight but when I feel it is the right time you will see my true feelings.

I am writing this down as someone who I see almost everyday has been 'complaining' about my loudness. You see, I have been 'skyping' with my loved ones and when I talk to them I tend to lose my control on the loudness of my voice.

I really, really, really had try to control it when the person is around me but I expect the person to tell me to shut up and not put their feelings on Facebook or other publishing sites.

I would have definitely and totally prefer if someone who is not happy with me to tell it straight to me and not cowardly talk it 'behind my back'.

If the person I am talking about is reading this, I would like you to say it to me face-to-face and I mean it. It would not have hurt me if you say it to me earlier but it hurts that you would rather speak it up to others and not to me.

Right now it is your call.

So Near Yet So Far

Everyone knows this thing called L-O-V-E.

Yes, I'm talking about love.

It comes to you in various ways and sometimes in ways that you'd never expect them to come to you. One might search for it and one would rather sit and wait til the right person comes and drag them of on a shiny white stead.

It might surprise you or you just had seen it coming all along but are waiting for that person to make a move.

Or you might want to risk it all and brave up to tell that person that you like or love them.

Hey, a relationship does not always start with a straight 'I Love You' phrase. In our modern world, it might start with a simple comment on Facebook or a text message asking for something random.

It will then develop into a daily text that you unexpectedly feel anxious to get them. Or even waiting beside your handphone, counting the clock ticking until the next text message comes.

If you are lucky, you might end up going out with them or the other way round.

Alas, in the situation that my friend were in goes a little bit like the above but what happens when the person you are texting and going out with is your best friend's ex?

Oh I know what you're thinking. 'It's not right', 'Doesn't it feel awkward?', 'Why would you want to date with your best friend's ex?! O.O' and 'Don't you read the unwritten rule of the dating world?! >:('.

Ok, I just made up the last one :P Hehe

Before I go further, let's just say my friend is 'A' and her best friend is 'B'

In A's situation, B had clearly said that B's okay with A dating with B's ex. So what is the problem?

Well, B's ex find it weird and wrong to be dating A. So B's ex told A that he can't date A and suddenly the ex deleted his Facebook account and dissappeared out from the sight.

I can show you stuffs to prove that B is completely fine with her BFF dating with her other ex but obviously because of certain reasons I can't.

One thing's for sure is one of B's BFF is currently dating one of B's exes :O

And why B is so okay with her BFF dating her other exes is because she's got her head up on cloud 9 with other guys :P

Another interesting thing is B's ex never told A that he likes her and A had never even mentioned that she likes him (or maybe they did not realize that they have feelings for each other).

As I said before, things happen in a way you never expect them to be whether you've seen it ahead or it holds you with surprise.

I am waiting to see what happens next in A's life. Would B's ex finally realize that B is okay with it and be with A or will he try to hide his feelings from her and regret it later?

Yes! I finally changed my driver's license from 'Probation' aka 'P' to the normal driver's license or formally known as Competent :D

I cannot believe that it has been two years since I've had my probationary license and now my mom finally has asked me a few times to drive her around :P

Mom: Izzah, nak drive? (Izah, do you want to drive?)
Me: Ma malas nak drive eh? :P (You're becoming a big fat lazy bum eh? :P)

I'm home...for now.

I should be studying for my final test this Saturday (oh yeah, you read that right, it's on SATURDAY! why do they even think people would want to have tests on saturday? :S) but I just don't have the mood just yet.

I have photocopied the notes that I don't have but today was tiring.

I was with my mom to pay her summon at Bukit Aman but then something went wrong which I don't know what it's about. Then stopped by Jusco Wangsa Maju for some Spaghetti Meatball at Secret Recipe and head home.

It wasn't that tiring if you read it but I just feel tired.

Probably the lack of sleep I've gotten these past couple of weeks :/

Anyways, I've been listening to John Legend's Everybody Knows and it's awesome!!! Listen to it if you haven't :D



Annnddddd, Adam Lambert was on American Idol last night! He looked super hot!! Why do hot men must be gay??

Insane Guy ALERT!

OHMEGOD!

We were disturbed by an insane guy last Saturday!

We were having a very late lunch (or you could say very early dinner) at some cheap restaurant in Melawati. When we got to the restaurant we ordered our food straight since we were super hungy from lifting all the heavy furnitures from my sister's condo (she has finally completed her degree!).

My little sister saw this one guy who looks totally normal (at first) who was fooling around dancing outside the restaurant. We thought he was SANE but unfortunately, the incident that happened to us clearly proves us wrong :S

After ordering, the then-sane-guy came over to our table. We were like 'why can't you stop at other table? -__-'.

He was mumbling something so we totally ignored him. Then he walked further into the restaurant and suddenly pull out a soap bar with the cover still on and was touching the face of the girl on the picture.

SCARYYYYYY!!

I thought he would be done disturbing us but he came over to our table and asked if were still in school. I totally was scared by that moment. He kept on standing next to our table.

Dude, don't you have other things to do?

After a few moments, our food arrive and I started to eat. I had seriously lost my appetite like completely.

I had to force myself to eat :(

The now-insane guy pulled a chair from the table next to us, sat and stared at us!

Woah!

I was surprised! I kept on turning to my sister and talk to her while pretending to ignore him. Then he started to breathe rapidly. I seriously thought he was a sex maniac or something and he would jump over to me and rape me!

Yes, I have quite an imagination due to active brain :P Okay lame!

Anyways, we quickly ate our food and rushed to the car.

We tried to look for him to see if he was still looking at us. Insane guy not detected.

We had to make a turn to get out of the area so we made a turn near this open-air restaurant and guess what?

He was standing in the middle of that place and he somehow manage to spot us and keep on starring at us with his face smiling and while we were turhing I can see his body turn around too following our car!

O.O

OMFG!!

That sent me chills!

My mom said that we are not going to that place in a year!

Oh What A Day...

If you found out that you have to go to this ceramah thingy on a Sunday you would probably decide not to go.

But then it says it's compulsory for every student to go. I decided to go since they put on a threat to not let students graduate.

No way I'm going to let that happen so I went for the ceramah.

The ceramah was supposedly to start at 9am but then the motivater was late. We eventually start at around 12pm.

12PM!!! Just imagine sitting in the hall (thank God it was air-coned) for three hours!

F***!!!

My butt hurts real bad :(

Anyways, the talker aka the Campus Director told us (the 4th sem students) that we have to stay outside the campus starting next sem!!

O.O (!!!!!!)

Okay, I was calm when he announce it but others were furious!

They were talking where would they stay, the cost of staying outside along with transportation and blah blah blah.

The first thought that came to mind was I would have to have a car to go to and fro the campus which means my mom would have to buy another car which makes me a happy person to finally have my own car XP

HAHA!!

I WISH! (and still wishing)

Anyways, I called my mom to tell her about it.

I expect her to say this when I tell her I will have to stay outside for the next semester

"WHATT??? You have to stay outside? Why do they only tell you now?! Why can't they tell earlier?! Haih, now have to find house, car and all those things *with angry face*"

But instead I got this

"Oh, ye ke? It's ok, I'll tell your grandpa about it. *as calm as she can be*"

Wasn't the reaction I expected but then it's a good thing my mom doesnt freak out. If not I'll be freaking out too :O

what is this feeling?

These past few days has been weird for me.

Emotionally I mean.

I don't seem to have the mood to eat but whenever I eat I can feel that my stomach is actually empty and dying for food to be curned inside.

Weird.

Then comes the butterflies. I have not had these kinds of butterflies for a LONG time. Seriously. It's the type of butterflies you feel in your stomach when you're nervous. This is not like the nervous you feel when you're about to talk in front of thousands of people but the ones that you feel when....

Urgh, can't describe it.

Another one is when I would caught myself smiling whenever I think of something. Like it made me really happy that I want to remember it. Lol.. I am actually smiling now thinking of it.

Anyways, if you ever felt this way can you tell me what are the odds of behaving like this? Would really appreciate it. :)

Ps: I'm at Shah Alam now. Going home with my sister tomorrow! Yeay! But with assignments int he baggage.. No yeay for that :(

I was doing some ECO 101 assignment that was supposed to be sent in this morning. I was up 'til 4am. I know you would probably say 'Hey, I did not sleep AT ALL doing assignment. This girl aint know the real meaning of tired'.

But before you say that, I just want to remind you that I'm not an all-nighter. I cannot not sleep at all.

It was my fault too procrastinating the assignments until it got too close to the deadline but who doesnt?

I woke up again at around 7 am just to finish the assignment and some FB stalking time (:P) and just because I had to shower early (will be explained later).

Then came the sound of incoming text from my phone (duh, dari phone la, mane lagi izzah?? :P).

I got a hunch that it could be a text saying a class was cancelled but I was really hoping my ECO class would still be on.

Open text message: Class eco 101 cancel
