Updates

After my last post, I've come to realized that I've been neglecting my bloggy. I hardly post any topic near enough to what is currently happening in my life. To make this up, I shall share you what I've been up to these past few weeks! :D

Let's start with how I am now a semester 5 Masscomm student! Yeay! I always have a thought on how it was going to be a long winding road finishing my diploma years but in the end time comes by fast and suddenly I'm in my final year.

All those sleepless night, rushing in to send in all the assignments before the dateline, the journey back home and of course, the issue on staying outside. Let me clear that issue if you may let me do so.

I have settled in a semi-D house about 10 minutes from my campus. It's a nice neighbourbood and with other 7 housemates it's a fun house :)

The only trouble is I do not have my own transportation and I have been bugging my house mates by asking them to send me to class and picking me up after class ends. This has caused a tiny, wee bit, itsy bitsy problem and I hope to find a solution soon (ahemahemmeansacarformeahemahem). Okay, no. It's not a tiny bit of a problem. It's huge but I'm waiting for some miracle and yes, that involves buying a car :P

For those who are interested in what subject I am taking this semester I am going to spill it now. All in all I have 6 subjects that I'm taking this semester and all of them are pretty hard. I'll make a list for you rather than type it in a sentence so you little stalkers won't have a hard time to list them down and paste it on your wall just to see in which class I'll be in.

COM 361 Introduction to Communication Research

COM 362 Principles of Marketing

ETR 300 Fundementals of Entrepreneurship

PRO 321 Event Management in Communication

PUB 351 Multimedia Design and Production

There are only two new lecturers that I'll be seeing (PUB 351 and PRO 321) as they have not taught me, like ever, during my days as a Masscomm student. Out of all subjects, I dreaded COM 361 or Comm Research as I always say it.

Why so? Well, it's because the class is all about how to make the perfect research in which I'm not exactly keen on learning it. Plus the subject itself is quite dry. No matter how you want to make it interesting, it just bores me to death or to sleep. That's more like it :P

Anyways, lets move on to food! :D

Yes, yes I know you prefer to see all the pictures of food but I'm going to limit it this time. I will have another post on the latest dining places I've been to :)

Ps: I was having steamboat with my family to thank Allah because Atok's surgery went well. He's fully recovered now :)

Wait For Me

I have been abandoning my blog for some time now :(

Super sorry.

I was totally busy this past few weeks and my finals are coming with loads of datelines to meet. As of now, I only have two presentations and two tests to go.

This semester has been harder than last semester. I was wondering about the statements that my seniors made when I was in semester three.

"Semester three will be your busiest semester"

Ummmmmm.... yeah right!

This semester has been the busiest semester for me and after looking at the schedule for next semester, oh I don't even want to look at it :S

Anyways, pray that I'll get through all of my presentations, tests and final exam smoothly! :D

I Can't Sleep

And I'm preparing for my presentation which will due in less than 24 hours.

I've been rubbing off the pencil stains on my mahjong paper.

Who uses mahjong paper nowadays??

Apparently my lecturer thinks that's the best way to keep us from cheating and not doing our assignment :P

Haha

But anyways, I'm going back to the dreadful mahjong paper.

what is this feeling?

These past few days has been weird for me.

Emotionally I mean.

I don't seem to have the mood to eat but whenever I eat I can feel that my stomach is actually empty and dying for food to be curned inside.

Weird.

Then comes the butterflies. I have not had these kinds of butterflies for a LONG time. Seriously. It's the type of butterflies you feel in your stomach when you're nervous. This is not like the nervous you feel when you're about to talk in front of thousands of people but the ones that you feel when....

Urgh, can't describe it.

Another one is when I would caught myself smiling whenever I think of something. Like it made me really happy that I want to remember it. Lol.. I am actually smiling now thinking of it.

:D

Anyways, if you ever felt this way can you tell me what are the odds of behaving like this? Would really appreciate it. :)

Ps: I'm at Shah Alam now. Going home with my sister tomorrow! Yeay! But with assignments int he baggage.. No yeay for that :(

Hate. It.

I was doing some ECO 101 assignment that was supposed to be sent in this morning. I was up 'til 4am. I know you would probably say 'Hey, I did not sleep AT ALL doing assignment. This girl aint know the real meaning of tired'.

But before you say that, I just want to remind you that I'm not an all-nighter. I cannot not sleep at all.

It was my fault too procrastinating the assignments until it got too close to the deadline but who doesnt?

I woke up again at around 7 am just to finish the assignment and some FB stalking time (:P) and just because I had to shower early (will be explained later).

Then came the sound of incoming text from my phone (duh, dari phone la, mane lagi izzah?? :P).

I got a hunch that it could be a text saying a class was cancelled but I was really hoping my ECO class would still be on.

Open text message: Class eco 101 cancel

Seriously??!!!

wow!

Hey guys..

Sorry for not writing any entry for the past few days. I was really sick. FEVER.

No! It's not H1N1 thankfully.

It was just a normal fever.

Well, at first I thought it was H1N1 because I was going home from UiTM Alor Gajah which everyone has already categorized it as H1N1 hub might I say.

I came back last Thursday and suddenly felt so cold. I really hope that it was just the air but apparently it was only me.

So I took a couple of Panadols and started to sweat. It's a good sign at that time.

Then come next morning. I was really having a temperature. Like a high one. So I decided to go the nearrest clinic and get myself checked.

39 it was.

Hmp...

The doctor wrote a refer letter and I went to Ampang Hospital.

Why didn't I go to Gleneagles?

Apparently private hospitals do not take cases that are new and had been categorized as pandemic.

My mom and I rushed to the emergencgy and the second I told that I was from UiTM Alor Gajah and having a fever, all the personnels there started wearing mask and were looking like I'm some kind of a giant monster trying to kill them.

They checked my temperature and asked me to sit at this quaratined place.

My blood pressure, pulse rate and temperature(again) was taken.

After the doctor in-charge there called some specialist, he said I did not have all of the simptoms and I'm free to leave. I'll just have to rest for a couple of days.

At the point, I was like THANK YOU GOD!

I don't want to be quarantined. I don't want to catch a deadly virus.

YERGH!

Couple of days later I was better.

Today I'm going out!

Hehe..

But I can't go to the cinema since it's like a place where people stay in a dark place and I might just get infected with someone else.

As long as I get to get out then it's fine. I just need to find book for my assignments.

new room!

Yes!

You read that right!

I got a new room and it's not carpeted!

The new intakes got that room..

It's much more spacious than before and we can just roll around on the floor. My mom, my roommate and I spent like half of Sunday cleaning up the room.

It seem like the people staying in there the last semester did not even clean it up. I really thought that everyone has to clean up their room.

Hmm....

Anyways, it's better to have a spacious room filled only with 4 people rather than a carpeted room with 6 people.

Who agrees??
