This past week has been busy for me! I've been wanting to write about my internship but I was so scared of what I'll get for my result so I kept my mouth zipped!

Alhamdulillah I've managed to maintain my CGPA and with Allah's will I shall graduate with good results. Oh and hopefully secure a place at my internship's office ;)

Anyhow, I was extremely fortunate to have been attached to the New Straits Times' news desk (NST the newspaper) along with 3 of my classmates Aja, Nani and Gee! From this past week, we have been treated like a faameewyyy.

I was being very good that I wore baju kurung on the first day :p

At first I was scared that we'll have a rough time. Images of reporters hustling and bustling every minute of the way stuck in my head with the Lahad Datu incident going on (condolences to the families of the deceased). That feeling escalated when the HR guy told us that the Chief News Editor for NST is extremely strict and garang! Yikes! :S

Ajaaaa!

But that thought vanished when we came in. Everybody there is so nice to us. We have no problem talking to them and asking them question. The best part of all, you can see that they are really sincere in teaching us how to be a good reporter! :D

I hope I can learn so much more during my internship course. I also really, really, REALLY hope that I can write for the Life & Times section because it is one of my favourite part in NST! xD *fingerscrossed*
