At last, a period of writing about Cheng Lok Musical....
Getting Ready
My sisters, my mom and I had a bit of tea time at Secret Recipe while we were on the way to our weekend house. We had to feed the cats before we went to the musical since my aunt wasn't around (she went Terengganu). I had those lovely Chocolate Banana cake and my little sister with her Noodle in Tom Yum Soup. My big sis didn't eat until her boyfriend came. Said that she wanted to celebrate her (?) months anniversary. Oh god. Unfortunately I forgot how long they had been together. Haha! That's not my problem though.
My, didn't the rain poured so heavily that evening. We got wet while on the way to my moms' car which is thankfully quite near. Oh yea, before I forgot, my aunt called my mother just after we got the parking. Told my mom that her house alarm had been making noise. Asked my mom to go and switch it off and since we parked already my mom told us we better eat fast. Unfortunate for my auntie I'm a slow eater. Yup! For those who had known me, just ask them how slow I eat.
The reason why I eat slowly is that I tend to appreciate every bit and taste of the food. Unless it's some junk food that I don't fancy eating.
Back to the story. My mom told my sisters and I to feed the cats and clean their cages which took at least 30 minutes. We clean and fed the cat in less than the usual period we always take. I tell you, it was really fast. Just like a lightning. Swoosh! By the time we finish feeding them it was already
My mom tried making way with her skills for her to get into the fastest moving lane and fortunately we made it home in ten minutes. We had to go home to get the keys and thank god my grandparents were there since they were the ones keeping my aunts' house keys and there goes my mom speeding up to get to my auntie's house to get that bloody alarm switched off. I actually didn't realize my mom had gone to my auntie's house since I was busy preparing myself to go to Istana Budaya.
I only notice my mom had gone when I saw her walking in to the house all wet. Haha! I wanted to laugh when I saw her but it’s not good to laugh at your mom right?
So I helped her out chose her a nice
On The Way
We arrived at
The Show
It was the most interesting show after Cats. The cast, the settings, the stage, the music. Everything was WONDERFUL! The main character played by Kenji Sawahii was amazing. He's such an amazing actor.
The actors also have such wonderful voices. As I was watching them I wished that I was be on-stage with them acting and dancing and singing.
After one hour an a half, we were given breaks. At first I didn't want to go out because I was really enjoying myself with thoughts about acting in a play but my mom insisted me. I really thanked her for doing that because apparently there was some beverages that were given only to the people who paid for the
I took a little only because there wasn't much time left (5 minutes) and then there was this sound of the gong, I think, and the receptionist announced that we have to get back in there. I was one of few people that went back in as far as we could. I was so incandescently excited to resume the play back. Once the play started, I was already in my own world dreaming that I was one of them.
Later in the Night
The show ended at around 11pm. By that time I was really enjoying myself 'cause I've had watched the second best play! The announcer told us that we can buy some CD's and a book about the actors and of course we bought it. My little sister was excited when there was some signing thing going on. She took a picture of a guy that plays the British army. He was wearing a fake mustache and my sis got all ecstatic about it (something wrong?).
We went back while listening to the CD we just bought and I had a wonderful sleep with a dream that I will never forget.
That's all for now.
Gotta go
