My family and I welcome our newest addition to our not so ramai family members (memang sangat tak banyak sampai boleh dikira menggunakan sebelah tangan).
A baby GIRL!!
Now I just want to say that my family has more girls than guys. Wherever we go there will always be loads of girls with A guy.
But nonetheless our gang of girl power has become stronger!
:D
Hehe
The picture above is my uncle and aunt but they look young though.. :P
And by looking the pictures you know that I'm home this weekend :)
I went out with my mom and little sister and got this!
An eyeliner from MAC as mine last eyeliner is at its end point and the book I've always wanted to read from my favourite author!
:D
Now I can go back to Malacca in peace, well, not really :P
I was walking around at One Utama few days ago and stopped by a Benefit counter. I didn't know what to get so I just randomly picked up their catalogue.
While walking aimlessly my eyes stopped at the fifth page just because I saw this!
A new primer?? You know the story about Benefit's F.Y... eye! being discontinued and a new primer is going to replace it in Spring. Well, it's almost Spring right and this Stay Don't Stray product comes out!
It MUST be the one that's going to be replacing F.Y... eye!
In the catalogue it says that it's the '360 primer for eyeshadows + concealers'. According to the catalogue it's about 0.33 US fl oz and retails for RM 115.
I did try to check if it's available at their website but unfortunately no image was seen. I had also checked at another Benefit counter at Sogo but no sight of this product and I forgot asked the promoter about it.
I think I'll just wait for it to appear at their website before going to the counter.
Oh yea! Before I forgot, M.A.C's Viva Glam GaGa and Cyndi Lauper is only going to come out in Malaysia in MARCH! That's like two to three weeks away! I suppose it's going to be out along with the Spring Colour Forecast.
Can't wait!
:D
AAAAAANNNNNNDDDDD!
Another video from TiffanyD. She looks SO pretty, gorgeous, awesome, healthy and everything good to say about someone! For the products used for the tutorial click HERE.
Based on the title up there, no I don't have any tips for you but a new video from makeupbytiffanyd is up and this time she talks about mascara!
:)
Before I go any further I just want to say that believe it or not I don't have a mascara.
(!!!)
I know you would probably be like 'ohmegod! how can she not have a mascara?!'
FYI I barely wear mascara just because I think it makes my eyes feel sleepy. It doesn't make me look sleepy but maybe the formula that I had on was not suitable for me.
But anyways I've been wanting to try out MAC's Plush Lash as suggested by Tiffany.
It claims to volumnize, lengthen, curls and lifts your lashes with no clumping, spiking, smudging or flaking. Sounds great to me and hopefully I can get it by this week.
As you would probably have guessed, I am home this weekend!
:D
*jumps for joy*
I am very happy and glad to be back home but I would like to share to you of what I have encountered during the journey from Malacca to KL last Friday.
As usual my roommate and I would pack up after our 2 30pm class. We would walk to the bus stop in front of the campus. During the walk, I saw the sky was turning dark. My guess as it was going to rain later but when we almost arrived at the bus stop the sky squeezed as hard as it can to pour all the water inside them and left us wet.
We were really wet!
LiterallyWET.
I was wearing my sandals and it got slippery in between my feet and the sandals which then forced me to walk slower. The best part was when we arrived at the bus stop the rain suddenly stopped.
Wow....
What a great time to rain eh?
Don't you have another time to rain? Can't you squeeze out those sponge-y clouds of your AFTER I get to the bus stop?
All is well after that. We rode the bus. A fast bus. A really fast bus because when I was half-asleep I can see the bus I'm riding is rapidly 'potong-ing' other vehicles.
But I made it safely to PuduRaya Station. From Pudu we had to walk through Petaling Street to get to the PasarSeniLRT station.
I am used to walking at Petaling Street that I can remember what type of item they sold there or even the smell of the place.
But that day it was an exception. I literally had smell God-knows-the-smelliest-stink ever which smelt really like a guy's body odour after they finish playing sports.
Eww..
It was so yucky that I walked really fast. Like really, really fast.
We were at the LRT station and parted ways. I was going for the WangsaMaju station and my roommates head to KL Sentral.
I am also use to riding trains. Be it really empty or as packed as a sardine can. I had seen plenty of people's attitude and what not. I stepped into the train in hope of riding it feeling safe and cooled down but na'ah.
In front of me was this Chinese guy. He was shaking his head for God knows what. I thought he was just some normal guy who wants to release some stress but with some horrible body odour.
Once again I was wrong. When we reached to Dang Wangi's station the Chinese guys suddenly said to the guy behind him 'Go to hell you devil!!'
0.o
Oh wow!
Then he murmurs something unrecognizable which made the people around him including me to step back a couple of footsteps. Seriously, he made everyone there scared.
I kept on imagining he would suddenly be some psycho lunatic or something. Thank God on the next station he went down.
I can feel that everyone is relieved and I made it safely to WangsaMaju and head back home with my mom.
Have you encountered any weird experiences on train? Any train. Do let me know :)
I was bored to death being stuck in Lendu on weekends for the first time. I could not sleep well and kept on waking up every hour or so.
The only thing that is available for me to connect with the world is through my broadband which has its highest at odd hours a.k.a the time people actually are sleeping a.k.a between 2am until 8am.
I tried to google interesting stuff that pops up in my head by nothing came except make up, make up and more make up.
So, I googled Benefit and a lighting struck at my head thinking about how I could buy this or that now.
Here are the things that I will most probably use the most and I might actually think of buying some for myself.
I tried this twice at the Benefit counter. It gave me a really natural blush look! Put three dots on the apple of your cheeks, pat it and in an instant you'll have a really natural blushed look.
Do take note that it dries up really quick so do it on one cheek first then move on to the other.
I really love this thing and with its price tag of RM 145 (if I'm not mistaken) it's affordable considering the amount of the liquid that comes with it and the amount of what you'll be using.
Not to forget it is also a lip stain meaning you can use it on your lips too! I have never tried it on my lips but I can see it'll give you a lovely pink-ish lips! :D
I also found out on their website that they have the mini version of posie tint. I'm not sure if they have it here in Malaysia but I'll try to find out once I'm back in KL.
It's good for traveling and definitely a great buy! The only thing I did not like about it is it has benetint. I wish I could change it to posie tint since I look better with it. Nevertheless it's a great kit! :D
Benefit high beam I have never tried this but I've seen some videos on Youtube showing people applying it and it does really gives a natural glow on the face. One thing I'm scared of is its colour. It has a pink based colour which for people with red-undertones like me will probabl look more red if I ever apply it on my face.
moon beam is probably more suitable for people with red-undertoned skin as it has yellow-ish tones in it. It will neautralize the redness and therefore will create more natural glow! Well, that is what I imagine it to be but I don't know so I will try to test it once again when I'm in KL.
Benefit powderflage This product has been used so many times in my favourite makeup artist Tiffany D's video! I've been wanting to get my hands on it but living in Malacca has been keeping my pocket a hole. I will defitnitely try this one! It's a lose powder concealer but people mostly use it for the undereye.
I'm not sure of the price but it is probably around RM 90 - RM 1 45. Will update about the price. Benefit eye brightThis one too has been featured in Tiffany D's video. It does brighten up the eye area and you can use it on your nose bridge, undereye area and under your brow.
It is easy to blend out and a definite must in every make up kit!
I've tried the BADgal lash mascara in black and wow! I look like I have fake lashes on! Lol! It really made my eyes look bigger and brighter! :D
Me likey! It is sligthly cheaper than Dior Iconic Mascara with a price tag of RM95.
Benefit BADgal waterproof mascara.I did not try this but it should have the same formula as the normal mascara except a plus of waterproof in it.
Benefit f.y...eye! Bad news for you and you make up addicts would most probably heard the news. It was been discontinued! I know a girl who's really upset about it.
By the way she was looking upset, I bet it's a really amazing eye primer. When I watched the video, I was really shocked! Benefit has been discontinuing a lot of their products lately. I mean other brands do to but not as often as Benefit do.
I'm currently using Elianto's eye primer and it's not good. It could not last my eye make up long enough. I wanted to try Benefit's but since they discontinue it, I will have to wait for it to come back. Hopefully they will not change the formula that much.
